Content quality report: overview of product content quality allows for constant content optimization
The standout features for me would be the drag and drop reorder of the images, the intergration with Dropbox to upload the images straight to Sales Layer and the way the whole of the product page looks and is set out to make it easy to see all the info you need for the product and then the images and videos for your products below that. The option to select which model the images are for per product is a game changer!
What I like is the efficiency and control it provides for organising and distributing product information. The interface is intuitive, updates and syncs quickly integrating well with muliple sales channels. This has been a big benefit to our retail operations.
All of these have been reported to Sales Layer team. 1. When searching for multiple products (example 3 products), once you open one, you lose the list you had before 2. Once you update a product in the platform, if you click save, the article is saved but you always remain on the product page 3. For the catalog generator, it would be nice to edit the fields that will be shown in the report (currently not possible)
The sync with Dropbox can sometimes be slow depending when you upload the images and the sync to the front end can also be slow sometimes.
Certain workflows could possibly be more customisable, and occasionally updates require additional manual checks to ensure everything has synced correctly.
