What I like most about SAP Ariba Supplier Risk is how it makes things simple by bringing all supplier risk information into one place. Instead of spending time checking different sources, I can quickly see financial, compliance and operational risks right on the dashboard. I also like the alert feature, it gives me a heads up before issues get bigger, which really helps in making faster decisions.

What I like most about Ariba are 1) streamlined PR and PO management being clear, traceable, and ensures strong compliance, 2) Efficient Contractor Bidding by simplifying vendor onboarding and bidding, making it easier to compare offers and manage events, 3) transparent audit trail and global scalability
What I dislike most about SAP Ariba Risk is that it can feel a bit complex when you are starting out. There are so many features and data points that it takes time to get comfortable with the system. Sometimes the alerts also feel too frequent or not always relevant, which can make it harder to focus on the real high risk values. Also, because it relies heavily on integrations and external data sources, if those are not set up well, the experience is not as smooth as it should be. Overall, its powerful but the learning curve and set up efforts are the parts I found less enjoyable
1. Dashboards and reports are only partially customizable. 2. It takes a lot of data updates, which can take a little bit of time. 3. Can be expensive compared to value if the supplier's base is not large.
The interface can be a bit overwhelming for first time users - a more modern, intuitive UI would help. Some reports also require customization to get the level of insight needed.
