While the support team is knowledgeable and helpful, there were instances where we felt the need for faster resolution. Despite overall good performance, there were occasional delays in system response time, particularly during peak usage hours. The initial configuration and customization process, while powerful, could be perceived as complex for users without extensive SAP expertise.
