Globally driven project with excellent planning and execution. All Risks & Mitigation plans were in place and tracked as appropriaite. ALl key resources were identified and their retension was planned acccordingly. All backfill were in place for the project duration.

After implemented SAP, it has simplified business processes for us, particularly empowering departments like Sales, HR, supply chain, finance and operations, In, recent internal CSAT survey reports that user's confidence have been increased while using SAP and overall business operations process efficiencies has been increased. the only feedback in terms of cost of integration or customization are relatively high compared to other ERP solutions like M365.
