SAP Process control application is very easy for users. The user interface is very friendly. The implementation process is fast. Migration tools help the most from collaborating with other tools for historical data. It has been a great tool for process management as it provides you with different reports for analyzing the status of the process. All modules work fine. It can be accessed easily from as per the organization's requirement.

SAP is a powerful but bulky tool. It's a very important part of our document control in a regulated medical device environment but it's a pain to use. The UI is horrendously outdated and ugly and the workflows and commands are counter intuitive as well as confusing. I experience access issues all the time that impact my work and the SAP team is wildly unhelpful, slow to assist and never understand the issue.
