The OS update and patch management has been the biggest win for us. Remote cast and control saves me time when helping staff who are working off-site. Integration that tie in with workflows and compliance checks are a big plus.

There isn't much to complain about. The only thing is that since the platform has so many features, it takes a bit of time to get familiar with everything. You don't understand the full value on day one, there's a bit of a learning curve.
