Clear directions about vulnerabilities and what to do. Has been very simple implementation. Easy collaboration with vendor through phone and dedicated sharepoint site.

The main value of the tool is that it just works and is easy to use. In critical events where you would need to use a tool like this, you want it to be reliable and effective. On top of that, Semperis does provide excellent client services. You will have very knowledgeable people helping you from design to implementation to support.

I have not experienced anything I dislike yet. WE are pretty satisfied

Backing up multiple forests is not intuitive. The interface for backup scheduling could be better. There's no interface for alerting beyond the daily status email. An API that we could query the status of backups to display or integrate with other tools would be helpful.

There's nothing really to complain about from either the product or the company perspective. If I really had to choose a few things, some user interface sections could be improved, or having the capability to back up in other cloud providers outside of Azure.
