Ability to improve our demanding package shipping and receiving needs. We especially like the automatic package receipt notification by email.
From a user: We did have issues since the beginning with us being informed by the initial trainer that there are Admin items that we would not be able to do without one of their staff coming down to do these things for us and charging us to come here. We later found out that this was not true and we called in and we were stepped through the items we need to do annually and now do that on our own. We often find it hard to get someone on the phone or get a return call when we need assistance with the system. We do have issues with how we can not go in and update the database of recipients on the admin side and have it just update our system. For instance when we want to take a recipient out, we can't do that from the package we use daily and we have never been taught how to make changes to the data without going to the admin side and overwriting the entire database. We would love to know how to do adds and changes without having to overwrite all the data. We are unable to edit/change the notification email text that goes out to our recipients and we would love to be able to do that. We sent emails to our technician (Michael Rades) but never got a response. That has been over a month or more ago. It seems like a lot of things we would like to be able to do on the Admin side we were not taught how to do that would be very helpful to us to help us self manage the system. Add buildings, changes, email text, so on. On the check in for mail side, we were told at the beginning that we would be able to scan mail and check it in to students so they would get notified, however later we found out that this would require us printing scan codes for every piece of mail and we have now had to come up with a work around that would not cost us labels for every piece of mail.

Great addition to our shipping and receiving department.
Software allows for excellent package shipping and receiving ability. Package scanned or recipient name entered results in email notification to the recipient. This software has greatly streamlined our process. Customer service has been very helpful.
