The fact it's basically entirely hands off once it's set up, it just does it's thing and I don't have to touch it. I also really like the support from the company, I can call and get someone remoting in to help in minutes.

Product functionalities - Sentinel manages all of our labeling needs Product value - no loss in functionality and were able to reduce year over year costs by %30 Continued development - Teklynx has released new versions with expanded functionality that has given our organization new tools to meet greater customer and vendor demands.

The team was/is very helpful in our transition.

I had to use different drivers than what was built for my devices and had to troubleshoot with support for hours before we figured that out. While the design software is great, sentinel isn't terribly intuitive. During implementation it would've been nice to know about the limitations of using windows drivers vs the teklynx drivers.

The printer configuration is the most confusing part of the setup and can impact end users if not configured properly.

Automation has more demands than our system can provide to automate 100 percent of the process.

This is a very powerful, secure and web-based management platform, where they meet all your requirements. The design of the label print is very simple and easy. Based on the requirements it has provided the license features in terms of considering the cost. Customer support is very helpful, whenever you need any kind of help/support, they are always there for you. Once you have configured this, there is no manual maintenance required from IT. You can access it from anywhere, setup a username and password.
