Although our ENM experience is not long enough to have precise decisions, we can clearly say that ENM infrastructure looks very promising comparing to its predecessor Ericsson OSS. But, product's 2G roadmap is still not clear and it is weak at some important areas such as LDAP integration.

Our operations have improved dramatically, and we started to operate many of our network functions in new age operations. However, we still have many pain point that should be feedbacked to the market. I hope that many operetor and vendor collaborate to solve these issues.

    Great products but require tuning and customization to meet our needs

    Mostly satisified, although there has been few times that it would've been easier to work with smaller and more agile partner. But we have solved most of these issues jointly.
