As a user, this product is scalable and offers a modern experience to manage the workflows. This is a good end-to-end service delivery product with some investment to unlock its full potential.

What I dont like about the ServiceNow API is the tricky setup and need for accurate data.It works well with a clean CMDB but if the datas off, the insights can be misleading.And also its getting a lot of time and effort and the cost is pretty high, so its tough for smaller organizations to afford.
its cost and sometimes laggy performance in a large enterprise setup.
- Some licensing tiering relative to additional capabilities can be expensive - Difficult to easily find clear information online about what features/capabilities are included in which license package. - Lack of record relational references associated with out of box email notifications. i.e, initial request to tasks and other associated record hierarchies.
