The ServiceNow HAM process is very efficient to monitor the assets, whether it is in use , or in stock or it needs to be repaired or retired. When we implemented HAM for a client being an MSP their data was scattered on excel sheet however now with the HAM implementation client got rid of excel sheet and automatically all the states are updated as per the process. So life is easy for us as well as for our clients with ServiceNow HAM. Workspaces and dashboards seems to be boon in HAM. As lot of child tasks are created in this process so it is easy to work in workspaces. The stock room maintainance is awesome in HAM.
