Migrations are smooth, the interface is intuitive, and the pre-checks help avoid problems before they happen.
SaaS, easy to use, good for common tasks around governance of SharePoint and data migration.
Ease of use. We had two office 365 tenants synched in an hour and was able to start synchronization activities.
It can be frustrating when it sometimes consumes nearly all CPU and memory during heavy jobs, and some reports could go a little deeper without needing exports.
No big features since some time.
May not be directly related to software, but it does take a long time to move data.
