Sharegate is a great tool for migrating data in SharePoint. It allows you to maintain permissions, pick and choose files, libraries, lists, and sites. It also allows for remapping meta data and exporting SharePoint sites to a zip file, which is great for archiving if you are low on storage.

ShareGate makes SharePoint migrations so much easier. The migration process is straightforward, quick and reliable, and the reporting tools give great visibility into sites, permissions, and usage. It's saved me hours of admin and is the first tool I turn to when moving or cleaning up content.

They're constantly adding new features that the community needs. Their app integrates perfectly with SharePoint and teams, which helps us manage over 20000 teams and SharePoint sites. They offer a cloud-based solution to manage teams sites and they provide great insight with their predefined reports.
