What I like most about Shippeo is that it makes a hard job a lot simpler. Instead of making phone calls all day to check where loads are, everything is tracked in real time in one place. ETAs and geofencing are great tools that help protect our KPIs.
Well known and one of the biggest product in the market
Real-time visibility into shipments and delivery statuses . Automatic notifications and useful alerts for critical events . Prompt technical support and flexible customization team.
Tracking isnt always perfect if the integration between Shippeo and our GPS provider isnt active. The Insight dashboard could be more user friendly. A new onboarding can take time if our GPS provider, or our subcontractors gps provider, is not integrated to Shippeo.
Poor support, lack of communication, capability of customization
the interface is not always intuitive for new users.
