I like the most about SHIPSY Multicarrier Parcel Management solution is its works well when we have a lot of packages, especially during busy times, because it takes the hassle out of dealing with it.
The fraud detection and fake attempt prevention features have almost completely stopped delivery fraud and greatly boosted our success rates. The system spots suspicious activity and flags potential fraud before it affects the customer experience.
The communication templates are flexible and can be customized for different customer segments. Customers receive updates via Whatsapp, sms, email and IVR with our branding regardless of which carrier handles delivery.
I dislike about the SHIPSY Multicarrier Parcel Management Solution is theat it takes longer and sometis need help from the tech team.
The notification system can get too much during busy times, with lots of alerts and updates coming in from different carriers at once. Adjusting the alert settings and priorities carefully is needed to avoid feeling overwhelmed by too much information.
Current analytics features are too technical to understand. More self-service analytics tools with drag and drop functionality will improve user independence. Also, customisations are a little difficult to handle with some carriers.
