Our experience was overall quite positive. The platform has helped us streamline our transportation operations and improve visibility across shipments. It has improved efficiency in daily logistics and reduced manual work as well. However, there is still some scope for improvisation in customization and reporting features.

These are some of the points which I like about Shiptify: -Easy to use interface that simplifies daily transport planning and execution. -Good visibility of shipments and real time tracking capabilities. -Help reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency. -Centralized platform for managing transport activities.

Shiptify is highly scalable, flexible, known for its global foot print. visibility, tracking and carrier management are the best features of Shiptify.

Ergonomie of use

These are some of the points which I don't like about Shiptify: -Initial setup and onboarding can be more time-consuming. -Limited flexibility in certain workflows and configurations. -Occasional lag when handling large data volumes. -Reporting features can be more advanced and customizable

Shiptify should reconsider pricing and contract policies for mid and small range companies. Freight management, settlement are not up to the mark. Fleet routing can be optimized for high productivity.
