Shipwell has helped streamline our logistics functions. The automated tracking has helped cut down on the manual hours spent tracking cntrs thru terminal and steamship line websites. The analytics capabilities will help us to manage our costs and carriers much better than in the past has we didn't have access to this kind of info.

Smart functionalities designed for shippers, with intuitive navigation and scalable architecture to support ongoing growth.

The visibility. I like that they are able to ping our drivers and find out locations for us. This helps are crews know when loads are arriving on site and also lets me keep track of them from my phone.

Some minor issues would be that even though default dashboards can be set it still makes me change it to my default dashboard everytime I log in. The Compass function doesn't work for my company like we anticipated. Third, some of the financial codes don't match those in the contract rates and FSC tables don't work for our company as we don't use the tables but a percentage of the base trucking rate.

3rd Party vendors (carriers) implementation process. Excludes customer feedback to ensure customization of EDI connectivity needs.

Do not like that the dashboard and the IT fix board are not on the same page.
