Sitecore Content Hub Likes & Dislikes

Easy to use, simple navigation, WYSIWYG editor
Powerful search and metadata (the faceted search capabilities are excellent. Once the taxonomy is setup, finding specific assets on tags or usage rights i incredibly fast Streamlined collaborations (the workflow features allow us to review, annotate, and improve assets directly within platform, eliminating email chains Version control and Digital rights management (it is very reassuring to have strict version control and DRM automatically applied, ensuring we never use expired or outdated assets.
Publication takes a very long time, especially with pages that have multiple languages. they must all go through a publication queue which sometimes fail. Without dev support which can take hours, it's hard to resolve critical issues.
Lack of features, difficult customization, very basic
Seep learning curve (the interaface is feature rich but not always intuitive for casual users. Onboarding new team members requires dedicated training sessions Complex configuration (making changed to the uderlying schema or workflows often requires technical expertise or develpment support, it is not fully selfserve for marketers.
