What I like and appreciate most about Accelerator 360 is the structure that it adds to content operations. Each and everything is placed in a single and well structured workspace, which includes planning, production, strategy, and performance tracking. This has helped the collaboration to be very efficient between editors, writers and the stakeholders, as all of them can see the updates or the status of a piece without having any constant or regular follow-ups.
The product has a nice dashboard and an overall good UI making the system easy to navigate when the right permissions are turned on.
I like Skyword's seamless collaboration and the strategy-driven approach they bring to content creation. The writers they picked for our brand leverage data to craft content that drives results and aligns well with our brand narrative and selling points. I also appreciate how quickly they adjust based on feedback - when we asked for compliance-focused articles, they not only delivered but went a step further, mlpementing a newsjacking strategy to keep our content timely and relevant. Now they're even developing an entire compliance series to support this key brand differentiator. Their adaptability and proactiveness makes them an invaluable partner in our conent strategy.
The start-up phase of learning will feel a little clunky if the team is switching from a low-complexity project management tool. Somewhere I feel the integrations may require more manual setup than anticipated.
The editorial review functionality is slow which can greatly hinder productivity with a high volue of edits. Projects can only be seen by users if the assignment is with them so if a project was misassigned, a user cannot manually navigate to find the projects. This often resulted in stalled projects or missed deadlines.
I think we utilized ATOM for the wrong projects in the beginning of our relationship. We hadn't build deep enough seed content yet so what came out of the AI piece was very sub-par. After a few trial runs we realized it wasn't right for the specific ideas that we were working on (one pagers); but, i do see value in how to utilize it better for future projects and derrivatives.
