    My company has recently began investing more into our social media presence largely in part as we have revamped our contact center. My company has an internal division that solicits donations as well as organizes events, fund raisers and other recruitment and marketing campaigns and in the past have had a tough time gauging the success of an event against standardized internal metrics. Sprinklr Marketing has helped us unify a number of our metrics for use across multiple campaigns easily so it provides consistency both within a portfolio but also across portfolios or divisions. Its enhanced our internal teams ability to not only track campaigns but to also easily get campaigns up and running and therefore we are able to get more events and timely responses out.

The first point I would to talk about is there is a lot of built in analytics out of the box with this tool as well as also being able to add customized metrics. These metrics has really helped my organization standardize how it tracks and measures success for events and campaigns. Secondly its ability to have these metrics not only within one vertical but across channels really helps, as in the past a lot of our campaign management was silo to silo. Lastly its ability to work across channels and also create automated workflows has really allowed the internal team the ability to reuse workflows and therefore streamline processes internally
