Speed of processing keeps up with our current volume with room to grow. There seems to be a constant flow of new features and enhancements being released. Community site more often than not gives us helpful information for solving issues or adding new functionality.

I love the cloud-based flexibility and accessibility from anywhere and the reliability too. I can customize it as per my needs so that it targets efficiently. Its Omnichannel feature is also great all communication channels in one place such as email, prints and digital.
Appliance can be unreliable with uptime. It will stop processing without warning or indication there is a problem. This typically requires a reboot and stopping of any in progress jobs to get the queue resumed. Until someone downstream notices, there is no indicator there is an issue unless someone happens to be watching.
Some functions do not work as expected
I find that while integrating it takes time and to configure it requires a great knowledge also while processing tasks such as large size of documents its performance gets compromised.
