Netflow is a great addition to see where traffic is flowing in the network. Great for multi-site visibility. Great for alerts on down infrusructure.
The network monitoring, with detailed insights. Easy to use interface, and amazing reporting tools.
I like how netflow is deployed, the graphics and dashboards.
Service can be slow. Can be difficult to troubleshoot. No MAC address lookup.
The licensing and pricing are complex. Initial setup and configuration was time consuming, but when done it was amzing.

Solar Winds is great for managing a network. It's vendor agnostic and works well with various devices via SNMP. It can be cumbersome to set up, but once it's running you get great visibility into the network. I use the network monitor module because i am the netadmin in the bank i work, in general the experience was regular because y don't have enough licence to monitor all my network devices.
