The system is reliable, and performance is stable.

Using the system as a true enterprise system has proven challenging, the system is not foolproof wrt security or interfacing which require a lot of rule enforcements and therefore configurations with rule enforcements and feedback for user resubmittal.

speed, complexity of UDV development, SQL limited to 2000 characters

Reporting and analytical capabilities could be enhanced to provide more out-of-the-box insights and better user-level flexibility. Completing the migration to the web interface would help unify the experience and improve usability.
