For me and my team the strongest part is its accuracy in filtering out phishing, spoofing and malicious attempts. We had so many instances where our employees and even CEO's names were being used to ask money from other employees as gift cards and sadly a few new joiners fell prey to them. But after we started using the service, not even one such attempt reached the users. Further, the admin console feels easy to navigate and label.
We like that this is part of a package deal that includes other kinds of protections, giving us a single dashboard for all of them. Personally I don't have access to that, but my team mates do. I also like that the emails sent by the email protection suite have hotlinks in them to act instantly, rather than forcing me to log in first to execute those actions.
The comprehensive reporting section, the efficacy and speed of email cyber defense and email delivery, and the seamless user experience in handling quarantined logs have all proven to be extremely helpful.
We have to send enquiries to many companies across countries, usually from their website contact form. The responses we receive are also quarantined, delaying communications. We are exploring alternative approaches and tweaks to solve this. The reporting process could've been more easier, as it takes more steps for me. The support in general has been good, but some low-priority issues can take more time then we prefer.
By default, the overview of quarantained emails shows only the most recent week worth of emails. But the summary counts how many there are altogether. So the summary could show 2, then I click into it to review and see only 1. Then I have to remember: oh yeah, it's limited by date and won't show the other until I happen to find the lower cut-off date that includes the other one. Let's start hunting!
Overall, I am satisfied with all aspects of the product. As for modifications, I wouls suggest extendiong the review of email traffic history for over 30 days, including a feature to undelete emails after they are taken out of quarantine - including those deleted by a company global rule, and not notify users of pending quarantined emails if there is an administrator review lag.
