We used QR codes within Sortly to scan each item whenever they get shipped out so that we know where they are going and if something goes missing we'll know where it was last seen. It also helped us keep a count of how many items we initially had when we did our monthly inventory check. Having access via web or the app is great for those who work offsite!

Great tracking , file management and gives a a detailed out line of the tracking the files and the stages. The tool has helped in increasing on time delivery by 80% in Q3 2024 as compared to the 42% in Q2. The user experience on the on time file delivery has increased the agent satisfaction resulting in an increased survey score of 96% from 72% in the same time period. Efficiency, elegant and the best.

It can be used from any location via the app and inventory stock and activities can be well managed. We can customize the files and folders based on various clients and also the access levels can be managed individually. The interface is very simple, easy to use and the app provides many useful notifications.

Most likely the fees and different benefits you get with each tiers. Also, the data would change if someone accidentally inputs the incorrect number so we can't back track. Sometimes the app would lag but that's not too big of an issue.

Sortly has been a boon for the organization. The hassle of goin through the hundreds of files can be done in a click. The seamless reporting structure giving the insight of inventory the pending inventory and the upcoming tsk help in prioritizing the files for the agents to work. Our office had recently shifted and sortly helped in mobilizing and moving the equipment's to the new site. Traditional services only help in the taking the equipment but tis tool helped in the tracking the possible delays. the movement was almost 60%.The totally customizable feature are a great add on.
