We used QR codes within Sortly to scan each item whenever they get shipped out so that we know where they are going and if something goes missing we'll know where it was last seen. It also helped us keep a count of how many items we initially had when we did our monthly inventory check. Having access via web or the app is great for those who work offsite!

It can be used from any location via the app and inventory stock and activities can be well managed. We can customize the files and folders based on various clients and also the access levels can be managed individually. The interface is very simple, easy to use and the app provides many useful notifications.
Most likely the fees and different benefits you get with each tiers. Also, the data would change if someone accidentally inputs the incorrect number so we can't back track. Sometimes the app would lag but that's not too big of an issue.
