Spekit is a modern sales enablement platform that unifies sales content and learning, enabling reps in their flow of work with AI Sidekick, a contextual Just-in-Time Sales Assistant. AI Sidekick uses AI agents leveraging CRM, call intelligence, Gong, and email to understand each rep’s needs and surface personalized coaching, messaging support, answers, and learning. In the flow, reps can prep for calls, follow up, and create tailored deal rooms and buyer experiences, driving faster deal execution, stronger buyer relationships, and reduced ramp time. The in-app contextual help. The ability to attach a spek to a specific field in salesforce, or even to a UI element in our own internal tooling, is incredibly helpful. For example, our sales people no longer need to leave salesforce to look up the criteria for specific lead statuses, saving them a lot of time. The WYSIWYG editor for creating content is very intuitive and easy to work with. Linking specs to UI elements is straightforward. Guided walkthroughs, although we're still experimenting, are showing to be helpful in onboarding our new hires. Our senior sales people need to spend less 1-on-1 time getting new hires going, and new hires are also reporting higher confidence after the walkthroughs than new hires did before using spekit.
Easy to navigate. I really like the favorote feature so that i can easily access items I use frequently
Integrates well with Salesforce. I I also love the in-app tips for a quick definition of fields or processes.
From an administrative standpoint, the analytics and reporting are lacking a bit. We'd like some deeper insights to see where we may have knowledge gaps. Managing our speks gets a little bit harder as our library grows. Allowing users to suggest edits, for example, would be nice, as it gets harder to keep our speks all up to date. We're really missing some sort of version history in our speks, so we can easily rollback changes when someone makes mistakes when updating speks.

After you know the in-app tips, they can be a little annoying and/ or distracting.
