Not satisfied with the customer support we have received on our query. Another suggestion would be to have a consolidated dashboard for alert and monitoring for a better user experience. They can compete with AWS if they work on these limitations.

Data security is given prior importance in this tool. Ability to integrate with mobile is also an advantage.

Analytics and brochures are pretty interesting and useful when deriving marketing knowledge of our domain.

Nothing much, but to fill this column I would say, Initial time to be spent on training will be too long. There are lot of options in data analysis side (most of them are not used by us) but we need some time to select the one we need.

Customer support needs to be worked upon for a better user experience. Also, many of the things are manual which can be automated for easier working experience.

Crashes due to memory over usage.
