Everything pretty much runs on autopilot, so it saves time. Flexibility in pricing models is great. And of course the integration, which works with everything without any issues.
1. The ease to setup in the debut of your project 2. The famous Stripe documentation that has no equivalent! 3. The vast distribution of the solution makes it robust
Its user friendly interface is the thing I love the most about the product. The global reach is great when we need to charge international customers. Stripe's integration to other products like Maxio works great with minimal issues.
The filtering of subscriptions could be a bit better, sometimes it feels clumsy to export subscriptions. I wish it was possible to have more filter possibilities within the Stripe interface itself.
For our use case, we needed to configure the amount of the recurring subscriptions, but we had to tweak Stripe billing subscription in a manner that lost its benefits.
Stripe's fees can be costly and often higher than I think they should be. The support isn't time efficient and usually takes a lot longer than it should. The reporting isn't as detailed as it should be either.
