The Customer Success support experience is very engaged and helps deliver on the expectations of use and results.
Excel add-in: Great to have a tool in Excel making it super easy Ease of use: I have worked with other tools in the past that required a lot of training and had a steep learning curve, not so with Log-Hub. Support: Great support team available when help is needed Continuous expansion of features: the Log-Hub team is doing a great job listening to its customers and developing new features according to our needs.
The ability to create and analyze different network scenarios without needing to write a single line of code is a huge win for me. The interactive maps that are generated in seconds are incredible. It makes optimization so much more accessible and efficient.
The software interface, while somewhat intuitive, is not without its quirks. It does need some more work on describing the modules available as well as on making the interfaces much more user friendly. The current setup does require the user to have some level of functional understanding, which might not be difficult for highly engaged users, however for occasional users it might be difficult to jump back in to something half-way.
Honestly, we don't have any complaints.
