We have the ability to deliver complete models to our customers, extending from plain network design models. We also like the features that enable team work and the overall support by Optilogic's team.

A particularly valuable feature is the Excel application, which is easy to configure and share across teams, It has improved visibility and transparency of analytical modeling work internally, helping to build greater trust and alignment with stakeholders.

I love how easy to use the tool is as well as the completeness of the E2E network strategy suite it offers.

Sometimes platform updates take place during business hours. The documentation could also be better.

Could continue to enhance performance and scalability for more complex models

Overall very positive experience with cosmic frog. As a cloud-based tool, it is easy to set up and get started, with a straightforward account creation process and an intuitive user interface. The support team has been very responsive and helpful in addressing questions and issues. From a technical perspective, the platform integrates well with python, which allows us to incorporate it effectively into our existing analytical workflows.
