Visibility to different metrics. Offers something for people in different roles. For individual contributors you get insights about your code, for teams you get information about how you are performing and how you are living according to your team agreements and for management overall insights about how the whole development organisation is doing.
I like that it supports Linear and that it does a good job at merging it with Github, it saves me hours merging data in Excel.
The way it capture and show code delivery insights into its dashboards
Sometimes we would need to process the data further. So better export capabilities to our data warehouse would be nice.

Swarmia is conceptually a great product, and we've continued to pay for it based on its potential. That said, it feels primarily geared toward project and engineering managers rather than individual contributors. ICs struggle to extract actionable insights about how to improve their day-to-day behaviors. Several features still feel half-baked. For example, the culture survey lacks depth, the PR review notification has quirks (e.g. alias selection does not work), and the capitalization features don't offer much real-world solutions.
