Its design is simple and easy to use and install, cloud management is remarkable. In each update they innovate and offer new versions of itself. Your attention to the public is very professional.

The interface of the MSS is highly outdated. Even after Broadcom acquisition, it looks exactly the same with just the colours changed ot purple instead of yellow. Navigation is difficult, and it is not easy to get a simple high-level overview of alerts without some tinkering. Furthermore, the quality of data and analysis by the MSS analysts is abysmal - there are times when they fail to triage an alert and do not offer alternatives to gather more data either, even though all raw logs are within their possession.
Sometimes, the updates take time to be implemented correctly, so they generally have failures that are resolved with another compilation. There are still missing features that can be obtained from other suppliers.
