Syndigo is okay to use but mostly because you have to with the retailer network that is specific to only Syndigo. The most frustrating part is the retailer connections are often broken or not updating 100%. This often times requires escalation and being stuck hanging with outdated product content. The overall platform feels very unstable and Syndigo keeps aquiring companies rather than fixing their legacy PIM.
