Used by some of our largest distributors. Provides a means to control the appearance of our data. Single source of truth fror many partners.
It's very user friendly, simple to utilize and allows for modifications to help meet our goals.
Digital asset management capabilities are limited and independent DAM is needed to deliver assets via CDN.
Does not integrate well with other PIMs. Requires us to manually add/update in another system. Bulk edits difficult or impossible.
Mostly a lack of knowledge, my team is unfamiliar with reporting so it's hard to know if it's working or if we don't know how to utilize it. Some of the restrictions on attribute placement is also annoying.
