The overall system is duct taped together through years of acquisitions. The integrations with retailers are very spotty and take weeks sometimes to figure out with multiple rounds of escalations.
Does not integrate well with other PIMs. Requires us to manually add/update in another system. Bulk edits difficult or impossible.
Digital asset management capabilities are limited and independent DAM is needed to deliver assets via CDN.
