it's a good tool in order to transit from ibm lotus notes to Microsoft Office 365. This tool is very easy to use and have a great advantages. I personally recommend all to use it. The unique feature of this tool is that the datas available with lotus notes can be transferred easily & Hassalfree.

Ease of access to migrate. Though it would have better if customization experience was prioritized or advanced support was added to make this transition more easier.

The easiness of the utility is really commendable and lots of options for documenting including descriptive text and images

There is less demerits in the product, but still there's scope of improvement. There may be an option to view the backed up files of lotus notes directly in the office 365 application.
