There are a lot of things to like about this product. Some of them are that this product help manufactures use self service, guided selling to accurately configure complex products and services for customers. This product ensures correct pricing, deliver personalized and highly customized quotations.
Would like to have automatic email follow-ups when the proposal isnt signed built directly into the tool.
Need a strong IT team to setup, configure Tacton's UI is more complex than other CPQ's Relies heavily on well structured product data
I have not come across much of the downsides. The only one which I feel is as it is an open programming means the administrator has to know what they are doing, even much more with the standard database. Other than that I can not think much more of the downside
