My overall experience has been positive. As a recruitment consultant, I have mainly used it to support mid-senior level hiring where clients wanted to have a more structured evaluation beyond interviews. Assessments are helpful in adding an objective layer to strong decision making, more specific to behavioral fit and potential for leadership. Makes it easier to have more informed conversations with hiring managers and justify recommendations. Process is overall smooth and the support team is responsive but TAT can sometimes be a bit stretched in case of urgent requirements. Also, a bit more flexibility in customization would improve the experience further. All in all, it's a reliable solution when you need deeper insights for critical hiring decisions.
