I really like how user friendly it is once I walk people through how to perform each job role. I also like that I can manage permissions myself as the admin without having to use AD and I can make changes to the users based on roles that are there out of the box or roles that I can create myself. There are many parts of the platform that can be customized.
Integration with Tanium security solutions for better endpoint. It address issue quick.
The ability to instantaneously pivot, deploy and maintain endpoints in all OS areas. (Windows, Mac, iOS, Linux, etc ...) The ability to speak directly to platform in regular speak to get the results we need The innovative approaches it continues to offer its users in the space of Threat hunting and end-user engagement
Again, I wish that they would go back to having the TAM based model, so that my account would have someone that with a technical background having knowledge on my environment. I also wish that the POC process was a little easier to get started and that POC's were automatically started as a 60-day process. It is hard to get everything configured and tested in 30 days and having to extend licensing can be a pain. I also wish they offered more detailed outlines for their certifications. There are basic outlines, but nothing that really goes in depth on what to study.
Success depends on IT teams using the input to take action.

I have had a very good experience over the past 6 years using Tanium. The platform continues to improve and the user interface continues to become more user friendly. The only thing I wish they would change is to bring back the TAM model. I had weekly meetings with my TAM before and now I don't have those meetings and have to open tickets with support.
