I have had a very good experience over the past 6 years using Tanium. The platform continues to improve and the user interface continues to become more user friendly. The only thing I wish they would change is to bring back the TAM model. I had weekly meetings with my TAM before and now I don't have those meetings and have to open tickets with support. My company was paying to have a TAM so that we had someone that had specific knowledge of our environment.
