Uptime and reliability. They have an excellent record for minimal outage time and service reliability.
We dont really have any dislikes. The initially setup did not fully use the data protocols that we prefer but we will change that soon
Alot of technical limitations and sub teams within the company that delays the schedule. need the team to check internally with different stakeholders on cost, technical, support etc.
The time it takes to move some requests through the internal processes tends to stretch out considerably. If those processes could deliver closer to the timelines quoted at the start of a request that would be a positive change.
