- TCS provides an excellent level of service at an attractive price point. - TCS has an excellent ability to source resources for all technology types, even those in short supply. (i.e. openstack etc.) - TCS has a service first approach, if there is an issue and its not covered in the contract they will fix it first and then discuss costs and next steps after.

Global operating model and strong off shore capability
- Given the size of TCS as a company, we would like to see more thought leadership on what the rest of their customer base is doing. This would be a great value add. At the moment we have to pull this service rather than it happening proactively. - As automation becomes more prevalent, this is in competition with the TCS operating model (which is based on providing people). We find that there is resistance to implementing automation because it impacts revenue for TCS. This slows down the implementation of automation.
TCS provide both Data Centre and Application managed services. The collaboration between the different support teams is sometimes lacking creating a poorer customer experience.
