The integration with Microsoft Teams makes reviewing and updating goals and progress really simple. The task management aspects of the tool are great for keeping employees organized and allowing them to track their goals and progress. A unified platform for goal tracking and reviews notifies managers and employees on their progress through the customer review process and makes the whole process much easier to manage.

Wish there was more customizability for the email and alert templates with company branding or specific wording. The teams integration is great, but it would be nice to have outlook and calendar integration more easily accessed or available. Tasks with timers would be nice for firms which have timekeeping needs for hourly employees or customers.
