I do like that the product is evolving each year and being a leader in the AI and automation world with leading technology. The way that they have launched Bryte AI and even the way it's easier to connect via APIs with vendors to make the lift on the implementation side easier on the client side. The support from our UKG Krew Manager has been great, they're a great partner to have.

Read Full Review1. One of the main features is that it's a one-stop shop system, payroll, employee database, document management, performance reviews, recruitment, compensation, etc. 2. Another feature is the ability to implement numerous workflows so approvals automatically get sent to the appropriate people. 3. Not only is it a one-stop shop, but all the modules integrate together. When an employee change is made, it's tied to an effective date and the data is automatically brought over into payroll.
Read Full ReviewService: For more technical questions, the assistance I receive is often less helpful, and interactions can feel limited to email without proactive outreach or live discussion to move a case forward. I'd value reps who take ownership, connect directly to clarify requirements, and offer next-step guidance even when they don't have an immediate answer. With continued focus on proactive, solution-oriented support - especially on technical issues - UKG can further elevate an already solid customer experience. Product: A huge wish company's I've worked for have consistently stated is that we wish UKG Recruiting and Onboarding were more configurable for what and how that said company uses it. If UKG can grab a handful of clients and test updates out with us to make it more configurable - that would be outstanding.

Read Full Review1. Unable to set-up some of the more complicated time off plans 2. When building your offer letter templates, you have limited options 3. Sometimes you have to play around with the effective dates for them to accurately flow through the workflow and get tied to the correct pay period. But it's important to keep in mind that all systems will have their challenges, there is not one system that is flawless.

This is your one stop shop for everything employee related. We use this system as an ATS to post jobs and review candidates but it offers a seamless process when hiring one of these applicants including sending out offer letters. As all the modules are integrated. If you ever run into any issues, there is always someone on their team who will jump in to help. They offer a number of different modules that you can add on at any time and really tailor to your own unique business needs. It is also a great system for large companies that have multiple entities they are running payroll for. I'll start by saying no vendor, product, etc. is 100% perfect but UKG comes pretty close. Product is easy to use, as a vendor they have been fair, innovative and eager to make things right if necessary.
