Overall experience with UKG. The platform has remained strong and service has largely rebounded post merger to restore service levels. That said, UKG does work diligently to improve modules, and the UKG Krew Managers find reps to help out on the projects that are in our queue and UKG does have some amazing gems of rep's that are caring and are tenured with UKG.

Generally the product has provided what we need to be successful in managing our employees, benefits and payroll processes. There are areas of the system that lack customizability that has limited us in setting up the system to fit existing processes within our organizations. I have been pleased to see the efforts made over the last few years to improve the customer experience, provide resources to assist with issues, and innovate to improve the product. It is a good product, but like every piece of software, it is limited by its underlying architecture.

I do like that the product is evolving each year and being a leader in the AI and automation world with leading technology. The way that they have launched Bryte AI and even the way it's easier to connect via APIs with vendors to make the lift on the implementation side easier on the client side. The support from our UKG Krew Manager has been great, they're a great partner to have.

I enjoy the straightforward and intuitive architecture for the security setup and management. The security configuration page closely mirrors how the actual system is setup. This facilitates quickly diagnosing security issues and accurately configuring security preferences.

1. One of the main features is that it's a one-stop shop system, payroll, employee database, document management, performance reviews, recruitment, compensation, etc. 2. Another feature is the ability to implement numerous workflows so approvals automatically get sent to the appropriate people. 3. Not only is it a one-stop shop, but all the modules integrate together. When an employee change is made, it's tied to an effective date and the data is automatically brought over into payroll.

Service: For more technical questions, the assistance I receive is often less helpful, and interactions can feel limited to email without proactive outreach or live discussion to move a case forward. I'd value reps who take ownership, connect directly to clarify requirements, and offer next-step guidance even when they don't have an immediate answer. With continued focus on proactive, solution-oriented support - especially on technical issues - UKG can further elevate an already solid customer experience. Product: A huge wish company's I've worked for have consistently stated is that we wish UKG Recruiting and Onboarding were more configurable for what and how that said company uses it. If UKG can grab a handful of clients and test updates out with us to make it more configurable - that would be outstanding.

Customization of the system is limited. I don't have the ability to customize a whole bunch of pages that we would like to customize.

1. Unable to set-up some of the more complicated time off plans 2. When building your offer letter templates, you have limited options 3. Sometimes you have to play around with the effective dates for them to accurately flow through the workflow and get tied to the correct pay period. But it's important to keep in mind that all systems will have their challenges, there is not one system that is flawless.

    System Offer Diverse Modules to Fit Your Business Needs

    This is your one stop shop for everything employee related. We use this system as an ATS to post jobs and review candidates but it offers a seamless process when hiring one of these applicants including sending out offer letters. As all the modules are integrated. If you ever run into any issues, there is always someone on their team who will jump in to help. They offer a number of different modules that you can add on at any time and really tailor to your own unique business needs. It is also a great system for large companies that have multiple entities they are running payroll for. It does come with a few challenges which relate to the intricacies that some company plans may have with their payroll and we have run into some limitations on what we can and cannot do.

    The overall product allows for amazing reporting and the necessary customization to handle complex organizations. UKG's integrated systems allow for a centralized data hub throughout the employee lifecycle. Support, specifically related to tax and payroll issues, can be a challenge, but overall documentation and discussion is extremely helpful on a day-to-day basis.

    UKG Pro is a very strong, high level HR platform that provides many features in one place without needing to use many different software's and platforms. It provides employees information including time tracking, performance metrics, payroll records and talent analytics to the HR teams in a single platform. UKG Pro is very suitable for large companies as it provides many features for a large number of employees.
