1. One of the main features is that it's a one-stop shop system, payroll, employee database, document management, performance reviews, recruitment, compensation, etc. 2. Another feature is the ability to implement numerous workflows so approvals automatically get sent to the appropriate people. 3. Not only is it a one-stop shop, but all the modules integrate together. When an employee change is made, it's tied to an effective date and the data is automatically brought over into payroll.

Real-time customization via the Platform Configuration tool aligns well with our need for flexibility. This can be used for permissions or truly custom field buildout. Auditing capabilities allow direct tracking of changes to identify root causes.

1. Unable to set-up some of the more complicated time off plans 2. When building your offer letter templates, you have limited options 3. Sometimes you have to play around with the effective dates for them to accurately flow through the workflow and get tied to the correct pay period. But it's important to keep in mind that all systems will have their challenges, there is not one system that is flawless.

We have had to track down inconsistencies across the product when APIs and integrations fail, or when there is a delay in a feed. Tax and payroll support is lacking. The backend system setup is complex, and it is difficult to understand the intricacies for each state and locality. Workforce Management is an extremely complex system with an unintuitive setup. Researching an issue or creating new accruals, pay codes, or workflows can take hours and at times days if you are not regularly interacting with those specific processes.

We use this system as an ATS to post jobs and review candidates but it offers a seamless process when hiring one of these applicants including sending out offer letters. As all the modules are integrated. If you ever run into any issues, there is always someone on their team who will jump in to help. They offer a number of different modules that you can add on at any time and really tailor to your own unique business needs. It is also a great system for large companies that have multiple entities they are running payroll for.
