Implementation of ECM, EFM and HRSD was not only a quick process, but in the end, has saved us a considerable amount of money while improving and automating processes. Processes like employee filing, routing of HR Change tickets and ultimately reducing our headcount needs in that functional area. We also just implemented WFM with success. Performance management updates lag despite strong reporting customization
I have worked with UKG at several companies as the system administrator. The customer service is great and they are very responsive in support ticket resolution. I attended their ASPIRE conference for the first time last year and it was an exceptional way to learn more. Overall, my experience with UKG has been positive. The platform has helped streamline many of our HR and payroll processes, and employees like the self-service feature for things like time off requests and personal information. Like any system, there is a learning curve, and some areas could be more user-friendly, especially when it comes to reporting or troubleshooting more complex issues. Strong history with UKG: Greater Proactivity in support would elevate experience
Overall experience with UKG. The platform has remained strong and service has largely rebounded post merger to restore service levels. That said, UKG does work diligently to improve modules, and the UKG Krew Managers find reps to help out on the projects that are in our queue and UKG does have some amazing gems of rep's that are caring and are tenured with UKG.
