With that being told, SABA classifies the headcount on-premises as to which of those should be directed to technical expertise way while the rest of them up to take leadership skills.

PeopleFluent has provided us with a cloud based integrated recruiting, talent management, and compensation management solutions. It was very easy to implement and maintain in our Human Resources department. Wish we had implemented this much earlier. it has proved to a very cost effective tool and has helped us tremendously in becoming more efficient and effective.

Oracle Talent management cloud - Tool that provides solution for every stage of the talent lifecycle right from onboarding the right people to nurturing development and growth of the employees and managing successful career. It manages the talent in the most efficient way.The software is also very easy to use allowing users to add timesheets, view personal information, job information, number of leaves, compensation information.

The software is a must-have tool for any sized company for cross functional training and employer-employee relationship building. I have been using this tool for over a year and it has great features for upskilling my employees and for cross-functional processes. Provides more visibility on the cross-functional matrix for the overall picture of the organization.

I have a good opinion of this service, as someone who is just starting his own store i need all the help I can to manage the human resources aspect, Page up allowed me to get the best person for the job and not only that but it allows me to track their progress to reach certain goals, is really nice to make the training and evaluation process faster than ever, or just move quick to find a suitable employee.

We are involved in the project at a very high level. Means the vendor is showing us everything we can do to customize and configure the tool and we are able to mange a lot by ourselves. Our vendor is focusing on guiding us, helping to achieve the best quality and consulting us on process changes (into state of the art processes); Clients are involved in future changes of the product.

Any number of students and any amount of learning can be scaled. to create custom student portals. Users can modify and update the portal as they go to create a truly personalized student experience.

Ceridian Dayforce was so much better than the earlier versions of Ceridian Insync system. It was more up-to date and easier to use.

Will never go back to any other talent management software application. The entire user experience from intake to offer is well designed is a breeze to use.

Revisit assumptions multiple times to ensure clarity.

Anaplan has a great customer success organization and was very responsive even after the deal was signed. The tool is very flexible but has a steep learning curve.
