I like that the performance and goals allow you to not only set goals that are listed for that particular team, but it recommends adding a Myself goal. Though the targets that are set out by the company is important, setting an individual task also builds you. The navigation is simple and easy to use- the goals are listed in an easy to view and edit manner. Additionally, I love that at the end of the performance period my Team and I can go through each goal individually to see what went well and what went wrong.
Ease of feedback, Ms teams integration, Ai capabilities
few fields such as leave can be simplified.
The application overall is slow and takes a while to load. I feel like it needs a more graphical interface, it's too tab-like.
There are some limitations on custom calculations, scales and ratings. This is true however with most performance products
