Drawinbox is a one stop platform for the recruiting employees from posting jobs to interview stage to offer job to the selected candidates to training process. It reduces most of the manual work of the HR department in the whole hiring procedure. Darwinbox can also be used on mobiles which helps HR managers responsible for the hiring to review job applications or profiles of the candidates and progress of the hiring process on their mobiles remotely. Darwinbox is also very intuitive for employee usage as it does not require too much training for the employees for the basic usage.

It reduces the hiring process time. The drawback of Darwinbox is that sometimes when managing a large volume of data or many employees use it at the same time, its performance starts lagging and the complete process is very slow.
