The drawback of Darwinbox is that sometimes when managing a large volume of data or many employees use it at the same time, its performance starts lagging and the complete process is very slow. Another drawback of Darwinbox is that it provides customization but the process of customization is very complex and takes extra time and support from different departments to tailor the required workflows.
