TIA has improved a lot the last 2 years: more focus on what customers need and helping and listening to customers. We've had good discussions and help with topics like GDPR, SEPA and upgrading. Also good explorative sessions on pricing combined with RADAR and Claim handling.

    Highly skilled and employees some of the best in the industry

    TIA handles a lot of mandatory tasks for us (legislation, standard procedures and services) and when asked they provide us with specialists in all areas of the industri. Only problem is that when TIA is implementing new customers, their organisation can't handle all requests from existing customers immediately.
