Stay Away--I Promise the grass is not greener
This system is not equipped to handle 24/7 shift work, shift differentials, employees who work doubles and not just a straight 8 hour day. It is slow. It is not intuitive. For example, an employee accidentally punches in 2x's it sets off the entire time card for the week as it believes the first shift was from the one punch and the other a few minutes later. TimeClock Plus is a great replacement for any manual time tracking solutions.
Overall the product has all the features any business owner would want to track time and jobs in their company. Tech support is always available when you need then. Most emails to Tech Support are answered within the business day if not by the next business day. The flexibility of the options are a bonus. The hardware options include standard keypads, cards, fobs as well as a variety of bio-metric add-on options.
