It has been very easy to use and helps keep thing organized, especialy for day to day operations. Once you start needing more complex workflows or scaling, you do notice some limitations, particulary around the integrations and reporting. Overall, my experience with Zoho has been pretty good.

What I like most is how easy it is to get started and actually use on a daily basis. The interface is very intuitive, so it didnt take much time to get comfortable using it. Having different tools within the Zoho ecosystem connected in one place is really convenient and it doesnt feel overly complicated.

I like how it keeps everything from attendance and leave to employee records in one clean system that's easy to understand. The custom workflows are a big plus because they let me adjust processes to match how the organization works. I also find the performance tracking and goal setting features useful as they make reviews more structured and fair also the integration with other Zoho apps adds real value by keeping data connected and reducing manual effort.

As I started using it more, I noticed that some features dont go as deep as Id like, especially when trying to customize things or pull more detailed reports. It works well for standard use cases, but gets a bit tricky for more advanced needs.

- The dashboard looks more like a CRM dashboard than a HR portal - Configuring workflows and policies are a bit confusing - You cannot apply for leaves a week before the given date Restriction

Some advanced features are locked behind higher plans and the system can feel a bit crowded which slows down navigation also some reports and settings lack flexibility and need extra effort to customize.

My experience has been reliable with Zoho People because it supports day to day HR activities well and helps keep employee data accurate and organized. The platform improves coordination across teams and brings more structure to HR processes. It has been useful in maintaining consistency and saving time in regular HR work but some advanced features are only available in higher plans.

It's a great software application. The best part is that the cost is well-priced even for startup businesses to invest into. The CRM and free accounting features are nice advantages for a startup business. Zoho makes the process of hiring new employees very easy. All the on-boarding documents are available directly online. You may even run background checks which helps before hiring an employee, uploading the I9 documents, along with, tracking employee attendance, leave tracking, which helps to prevent overpaying employees. I love this feature as it made the hiring process seamless. I remember the old fashion way of non-sense paper works and printing which always leads to mistakes and efforts. For managers, you may also conduct your employee performance reviews. What we have done is simplify the process.

So far, the set up has been easy even with little knowledge of the platform with the vast resources available online. As a user, the platform is intuitive, everything is easy to find and navigate.
