Simple Interface and Organization Shine, But Advanced Customization Is Limited
It has been very easy to use and helps keep thing organized, especialy for day to day operations. Once you start needing more complex workflows or scaling, you do notice some limitations, particulary around the integrations and reporting. Overall, my experience with Zoho has been pretty good.
