I appreciate the web layout on both desktop and mobile, making it easier for me to view my work hours and pay compensation. It's easy to view all my time entries to make sure I have been properly credited for all of my clock/out and meal time periods. The website also makes it easy to view future Holidays for current and past years.

The overall end-user experience is good and it is simple for our employees to access the website or mobile app to utilize the clock in/clock out features. The approval process on our management side is simple and easy for supervisors to quickly verify and approve timecards.

It can be a bit of a hassle to schedule your PTO hours when you first use it. The mobile app interface does not always provide an intuitive experience in comparison to the desktop layout. It would greatly benefit to allow customization for bookmarking certain links to your personal needs.
Read Full ReviewToday, most HR systems offer a single product with all functionality, whereas ADP charges extra for every single additional piece of functionality. The time and attendance program specifically is not as sophisticated as other programs on the market and doesn't integrate with scheduling unless you want to purchase a separate module which for us is cost prohibitive as a nonprofit. This makes for inefficient workflows on the administration side of things when instead there should be a one stop shop type program for all HR time and attendance functions.
Read Full ReviewOne drawback of ADP Time & Attendance is that the mobile app can be slow and occasionally unresponsive. Some advanced features have a steep learning curve for new users. Additionally, customer support response times can be inconsistent, which can delay issue resolution.

Graphical Timesheet Reporting and SSO Integration Enhance Workplace Time Management
I am a user of this product at my workplace, it's simple and does what it's intended to in a clear way. Report hours in a graphical way and review your timesheets before approving them. Also, it's very easy to visualize the approval flow of time off days (requested, approved, rejected). Integration with SSO is also a good point so there is no need to remember any special account for access this application. Medical leave and bank holidays are helpful for planning ahead for your days off. I can only complain that Approved and to Approve timesheets are limited to the month before the current and a month after the current one, you need to go and manually select the time range if for example you want to review the approved vacations in the upcomin two months. - MANAGER<50M USDMiscellaneousReview Source
