I really like it because of the organization and transparency it provides to employees where payments, taxes, bonuses and more are clearly broken down in an easy way to understand.
We have a number of different site/location codes and it is relatively simple to add or adjust these codes as needed. The overall end-user experience is good and it is simple for our employees to access the website or mobile app to utilize the clock in/clock out features. The approval process on our management side is simple and easy for supervisors to quickly verify and approve timecards.

From what my teammates told me the implementation took longer than planned to set up all the timelines. From my own experience, I also feel that the reporting section is a bit limited when it comes to customization.
Today, most HR systems offer a single product with all functionality, whereas ADP charges extra for every single additional piece of functionality. The time and attendance program specifically is not as sophisticated as other programs on the market and doesn't integrate with scheduling unless you want to purchase a separate module which for us is cost prohibitive as a nonprofit. This makes for inefficient workflows on the administration side of things when instead there should be a one stop shop type program for all HR time and attendance functions.
- A-la carte options for additional services can increase your invoice if you are a small or mid-sized company - For companies with niche structures and markets, set up of unique pay rules and schedules can be challenging - The app is not mobile friendly and has ongoing issues, which can pose issues for niche companies that require mobile apps for clocking in and out, such as logistics, trucking, etc.
