Honestly, it was the first time I used a platform like this. It gave me much more clarity on payments and some of the benefits available to employees in the U.S. It also provided a structured way to request vacation or sick days. Overall, I found the dashboard very easy to read and it clearly displayed all the necessary information.

The product is sufficient for our use, but lacks many key features that are pretty much standard in similar products. ADP has been slow to adopt new technologies to improve functionality.

I really like it because of the organization and transparency it provides to employees where payments, taxes, bonuses and more are clearly broken down in an easy way to understand.

We have a number of different site/location codes and it is relatively simple to add or adjust these codes as needed. The overall end-user experience is good and it is simple for our employees to access the website or mobile app to utilize the clock in/clock out features. The approval process on our management side is simple and easy for supervisors to quickly verify and approve timecards.

From what my teammates told me the implementation took longer than planned to set up all the timelines. From my own experience, I also feel that the reporting section is a bit limited when it comes to customization.

Today, most HR systems offer a single product with all functionality, whereas ADP charges extra for every single additional piece of functionality. The time and attendance program specifically is not as sophisticated as other programs on the market and doesn't integrate with scheduling unless you want to purchase a separate module which for us is cost prohibitive as a nonprofit. This makes for inefficient workflows on the administration side of things when instead there should be a one stop shop type program for all HR time and attendance functions.

- A-la carte options for additional services can increase your invoice if you are a small or mid-sized company - For companies with niche structures and markets, set up of unique pay rules and schedules can be challenging - The app is not mobile friendly and has ongoing issues, which can pose issues for niche companies that require mobile apps for clocking in and out, such as logistics, trucking, etc.

Graphical Timesheet Reporting and SSO Integration Enhance Workplace Time Management

I am a user of this product at my workplace, it's simple and does what it's intended to in a clear way. Report hours in a graphical way and review your timesheets before approving them. Also, it's very easy to visualize the approval flow of time off days (requested, approved, rejected). Integration with SSO is also a good point so there is no need to remember any special account for access this application. Medical leave and bank holidays are helpful for planning ahead for your days off. I can only complain that Approved and to Approve timesheets are limited to the month before the current and a month after the current one, you need to go and manually select the time range if for example you want to review the approved vacations in the upcomin two months.

ADP offers comprehensive workforce management solutions that streamline employee time tracking and attendance management. On my team, we empowered our hourly employees to manage their own schedules and ADP provided a great platform on which they could easily do that. The system has several clocking in choices through the web portals and mobile app as well as a physical time clock for plant employees. I liked the reporting functionality because it allowed my team to easily view their PTO accruals and deductions.
