Workbench is extremely useful for troubleshooting. Copy & Paste is native through the entire application. I can set up and publish a scoped MCP server in about 5 minutes with a customized AI chat page and scoped to my Okta groups. Massive amount of native credential flows and extremely easy to add custom credentials. Excellent library and submission process for customer stories. Tons of pre-built templates for tons of applications AND you can completely customize a template if needed.

I like most of things. It's reduce my workload and helped to completed my task.

- Simple and Easy to use - Strong API Integrations - reliable and scalable - can help us to reduce manual efforts - Can be used to build powerful automations specifically related to incident management

The only real issue I had was SCIM was problematic in configuration. I have not retried in a long time. JIT is lovely. Cost is a bit high if you do not have a plan to quickly use it and get return value.

Not much clarity in Documentation.

- debugging tines workflow is hard - Document gaps for advanced use cases - Cannot handle large amounts of data - Limited out of box templates - Workflow versioning can be improved like github

Tines is a no-code automation tool. can help companies to Build automation workflows to reduce work that could have been done manually repetitively. Tines user interface and Tines AI agent are super useful. With Tines ai agent automation workflows can be built within minutes.
