I'd say one of the biggest things for me was their onboarding process and the way in which Tribe puts a very comprehensive and diligent team to your disposal that helps you understand the possibilities of your campaign and that advice you on key elements of this along the way.
Not that it has happened to me, but I've heard some people has had issues with some influencers not being 100% reliable when sending content back. It is something that I knew already when I decided to give them a go and even though (as I mentioned above) it's never happened to me, it's something I believe people should be aware of just in case.

Good option if you're new to influencer marketing campaigns
When I was tasked with doing my first influencer campaign I really didn't know were to start. Was I meant to start contacting influencers online directly? Their team explained in good detail their process and how everything works, including how to reach out to influencers, negotiating fees, and carry on payments.
